ABOUT ME

Life is meant to be busy, especially for parents. As a husband and father of three, retired law enforcement officer, Harvard and Kellogg graduate, certified NASM personal trainer, nutritionist, and competitive bodybuilder, I know how demanding life can be. My days are packed with responsibilities, but through it all, I focus on my health and wellness—not just for myself, but for my entire family. I believe in setting an example, showing my children and my clients that taking care of ourselves is the foundation for everything we want to accomplish.

My passion is creating strong families by helping parents achieve their peak fitness. Physical strength is vital, but so is mental grit, emotional resilience, and the ability to manage stress. I’ve learned that being at our best requires balance—nourishing our bodies, staying mentally sharp, and cultivating a positive mindset.
 

As a lifelong learner, I continue to challenge myself to grow, and I’m driven to share what I’ve learned with parents who, like me, juggle countless responsibilities.
